As an order is placed by a customer, his information including his name or address can be automatically updated in the customer list. There are lots of things that you can do to help manage your customers well. For example, you can email them as you are an admin. In addition, you can update, edit or eliminate his profile. Interestingly, if you like to send emails or discounts to some targeted customers, you can set up a customer group. In this writing, you will be shown how to email customers on Shopify on Desktop, iPhone, and Android.
First, you need to select

Choose the name of the customer that you want to send him an email.
